New feature – report format

We’re released our long-awaited update to the reports format – this has been a very long time coming, but we couldn’t be happier with the results, and judging by the feedback we’ve received, our customers like it too!

Fixes

  • We’ve experienced some issues this month with duplicate invoices being sent out to our clients who pay by Direct Debit. Our investigations uncovered that it was a problem with our third-party payment provider, and we’re continuing to work with them to resolve the issue.
  • Continuing the payments theme, we also had some issues earlier in the month that affected the ability of new clients to set up their subscriptions. This has all been resolved now, and we’re monitoring it as we continue to upgrade our payment services in the background.

Coming up:

  • We’re still working to migrate to a new direct debit payment provider – as with all payment-related features, it’s taken longer than we’d hoped, but will make our payments systems more robust and easier for us to administer. 
  • We’re also working on updating the UI for our sales and support staff, which will make it easier for them to onboard and support all our users.
