Introducing Customisable Formatting

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a highly requested feature – customisable formatting in the technical details section.

We understand the importance of not just the content, but also the presentation of your reports. You now have the ability to further tailor the look and feel of your reports and this brings you the opportunity to present further details much more clearly in this critical part of your reports.

With this new feature we have introduced the ability utilise the standard formatting options that you will be used to seeing in standard business applications such as:

  • paragraph styling
  • bullets numbering
  • bold & italic characters

This now means that your project descriptions will be presented much more clearly both within the app and in the final written documentation.

These features are in addition to flexibility users already have in the dashboard, where you can already select colour highlights to match your brand, add your company logo and change the order layout of the report. Taken together, users now have the opportunity to tailor reports to match brand styles as well as to use formatting features to emphasise specific technical aspects of their clients projects.

Ready to check out this new feature? Log in to the WhisperClaims app and see how you can deliver even clearer and more impactful report narratives.
