Our fully automated R&D tax claims preparation is easy to use, with all the help and guidance that advisors need to prepare R&D tax claims for their clients. Now an award-winning product, WhisperClaims is used by over 250 accountants and consultants in 100 businesses across the UK to prepare comprehensive, detailed reports suitable for submission to HMRC at the touch of a button.

All of that success has come from reaching out to our target audience with a compelling proposition that’s been going down really well. We’ve implemented a structured approach to marketing and lead generation to engage our prospects and turned them into paying customers through the delivery of open, friendly and engaging comms and demos.
We’re looking for an extra pair of hands to join our friendly, busy and driven team to help us with yet more capacity to get even more of this great stuff done.
A key role in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of our app, communications and customers with HMRC’s guidance on R&D tax relief, the person we’re looking for must be committed to accuracy and customer service.
We don’t prepare claims in house, but we do support our customers in preparing claims for their clients in every way we can. This varies from offering responsive customer support and delivering remote training in the R&D scheme to writing blogs and other content to update our clients on the latest changes to the scheme.

You will be proactive, positive, and passionate about WhisperClaims and maintaining high standards for the preparation of R&D tax relief claims. A skilled verbal and written communicator with excellent presentation, customer service, time management, and computer skills. You must be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented.
