Staff costs upload

We’re really pleased to announce that our new staff costs upload feature is now live! This allows users to upload individual staff costs directly to the app from any .csv file, saving them typing everything into the app.

Fixes

  • We noticed that some of the wording in the app wasn’t quite as we’d like it to be, so spent some time this month fixing:
    • staff costs questions
    • claim review section
    • shareholdings question
    • grants section help
    • shareholder feedback

Coming up:

  • We’re working on a very exciting new feature designed to give our users a quick assessment of the riskiness of their claims. This should be live in the next month or so – watch this space!
  • We’re still working to migrate to a new direct debit payment provider – as with all payment-related features, it’s taken longer than we’d hoped, but will make our payments systems more robust and easier for us to administer. 
  • We’re also working on updating the UI for our sales and support staff, which will make it easier for them to onboard and support all our users.
