New features

Staff costs upload expansion

Building on the staff costs CSV upload feature we released last month, we’ve improved this feature to make it possible to overwrite information that you’ve previously added. This makes it easier to correct any mistakes that you might make whilst uploading the data!

Fixes

Just background fixes this month – happily, nothing visible to our users was affected.

Coming up:

• We’re still working on a very exciting new feature designed to give our users a quick assessment of the riskiness of their claims. This should be live in the next month or so—watch this space!
• We’re just about finished the work to migrate to a new direct debit payment provider. Once this is done, we’ll be in touch with our DD users about how to move across.
• We’ll also be working this month to improve the claim review print feature.
