WhisperClaims’ Enquiry Support Service is live!

With HMRC’s current focus on compliance, we understand that enquiries are going to become much more commonplace. For anyone receiving notification of an enquiry for the first time, it can be daunting. WhisperClaims’ technology, support and advice line is now expanding to offer our customers an enquiry support service that will boost your confidence when dealing with enquiries and provide extra reassurance on how you respond to HMRC.

We will:

  • Talk you through the letter from HMRC and make sure that you understand how to respond to each of their questions
  • Review your written response to HMRC and advise whether you have sufficiently addressed all of the concerns 

This service costs £250 per round of response, and can be accessed by contacting us via the live chat within the WhisperClaims app or through your usual support channel.

Please note that we are only able to provide this support on claims prepared using WhisperClaims software.
