Introducing Our Knowledge Base

We’re dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible user experience – from intuitive interfaces to innovative features, we strive to ensure that every interaction with our software is seamless and productive. We understand that everyone needs help from time to time and our experts are available via our Advice Line channels to support our customers with scheme & eligibility queries, and of course the app. But what happens when a customer needs answers to questions outside of office hours? That’s simple, we have a comprehensive & easy to access Knowledge Base!

What’s available within our Knowledge Base?

First and foremost our Knowledge Base is available 24/7. With just a few clicks our customers can access a wealth of articles, tutorials and guides designed to answer questions and solve problems. The articles are searchable, so finding help and advice is quick and easy. But, convenience is just the beginning.

Our Knowledge Base is constantly updated, so whether we’re rolling out a new feature or addressing common user issues, our customers can find the information they need to stay ahead of the curve. For example, the latest article offers help with locating a claim’s AIF output within the dashboard, and where to find the AIF portal on HMRC’s website.

Accessing the Knowledge Base

Our customer can access the Knowledge Base from anywhere within their account. The “?” icon in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard provides access to the Support Site – which is where the Knowledge Base lives.

Customers can browse articles by category or search for specific topics. And if they are still not sure where to start, our team are on hand to point them in the right direction.

We never want unanswered questions to hold our customers back, and this resource gives them the power to make the most of our software – whether they’re a beginner or not, there’s always something new to find out. Our most recently viewed articles include “How to unlock a claim”,  “Understanding your risk assessment”, “Aug 2023 updates: what you need to know”!

The Knowledge Base not the only place where we offer helpful resources – our customers also have access to in-app quick links on every question within the app, directing them to HMRC’s guidance, and both customers and our wider audience can tap into our YouTube channel, read blogs in our How To area and download informative ebooks from our Materials section on our website.
