Read-only access 

Our new feature of this month is read-only access to paid-for claims, giving you the ability to quickly check your answers, technical detail and notes without having to request a claim unlock! It’s super simple to use—find the claim you want to look at, click the menu and select ‘View’.

Fixes

A couple of small bug fixes this month:

• A couple of users had pointed out that uploading staff costs with decimals caused the system to throw a small wobbly and add far too many decimal places – we’ve fixed this now.
• We noticed that users were unable to edit claims that had been unlocked before they were paid for – we’ve fixed this too!

Coming up:

• Our big focus over the next couple of months is making our reports more customisable, so we’ll be releasing a series of new features to enable you to, for example, add logos, use your brand colours and add background information about the claimant company.
