Senior Accountant Lawrence McClelland, who leads the Accounts and Tax department, spearheaded the introduction of WhisperClaims to enhance their service offerings.
Lawrence aimed to offer clients a meticulously managed and compliant R&D service.
“We had several clients using boutique R&D specialists,” he said, “but some claims were not as focused. With HMRC cracking down on compliance, we wanted to ensure our claims were sound.”
