We’re excited to announce the soft launch of our new AI-powered functionality, now available in beta to all WhisperClaims customers.
This is the next evolution of our offering – the same structured, adviser-led claim preparation process you know and trust, now enhanced by optional +AI to offer even more support when you need it.
Our new +AI functionality offers real-time feedback on the project descriptions section of your claim. It’s designed to help you improve clarity, structure and narrative quality – all while keeping you, the adviser, firmly in control.
This is not a tool that writes claims for you, and it doesn’t replace our dynamic compliance engine. That continues to run in the background, just as it always has, providing checks and balances as you work through a claim.
Our in-app risk reviews remain unchanged too – they’ll continue to assess the size, shape and structure of each claim to highlight areas that may pose a risk from an HMRC perspective.
We’re releasing this feature in beta – it’s optional, free to use during this initial trial period, and available to all customers from today.
You’re in control: try it, ignore it, or ask us to turn it off entirely. It’s completely up to you.

Our aim has always been to give you choice. From our user testing last year, we saw a mix of feelings around the use of AI in claim preparation, and that’s why we’ve built this as a flexible, optional addition. You can decide how (and if) it fits into your workflow.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be gathering feedback from customers using the beta version. A full launch is planned for September, when we’ll share more about pricing.
