Having worked in the property sector since 1994, with major international commercial developers distributing and selling over £100m of properties, Mike moved into project finance, initially structuring and distributing asset backed securities for a number of offshore funds. With a background in commercial property development and project finance, since 2018 Mike has been one of the leading figures in tax receivables financing, working with numerous SMEs on their funding requirements.
